We have developed proven custom solutions to accommodate manholes, light standards, fire hydrants, electrical vaults, severe changes in elevation, landscape features and ADA wheelchair access ramps. Our Engineering Partner, Karagozian and Case along with our dedicated manufacturing facilities produces high tolerance bollard pads (with integral rebar attached) along with the excavation plan for the local contractor to prepare the site. Once the area is readied our trucks deliver the product that next morning (or evening if required) with product that has a fabrication tolerance of 1/8” over 20’ length right off the truck and into the prepared space. On average the installers can position 50 bollards in a day! This reduces the traffic control requirements, equipment rental, concrete and downtime at the site. With some solutions requiring only 6 ½” of excavation depth, RSA dramatically reduces the overall cost of the installation. RSA consistently proves to be the best solution for virtually every application - and the ONLY one where site conditions are challenging.
