RSA's Shallow Mount Bollard Pad Passes another K4 Test
RSA Protective Technologies is proud to announce the latest test results of its RSA/K&C Foundation Bollard Pad.
Our 6.5" foundation bollard pad system installation sustained a K4 rating in the April 4, 2005 test at the KARCO Engineering test facility in Adelanto, California and was duly witnessed by the US Department of Security Certification Team as reported in the Certification Letter and in the KARCO Test Report. This particular 6.5" anti-ram foundation bollard pad system uses a 5" base trench with a 1 ½ " concrete or stone paver covering. In the K4 test, the 15,000 lb. vehicle hit the test article at 30 mph and rebounded a negative 58".
